Converting meter Guage to Broad Guage from Bahraich to Gonda 60 KM and planning Electric line some where the priority is neglected and kept in dark. In fact because of poor infrastructure in this district company are discouraged to set up the plant. Yes Ministry of Railway fund is inappropriately utilised.
