If it covers in less than 5hr 6mins Sc gnt section it will have 55kmph stamp speed for sf. Since it is an express it need not cover it. There are very slow express trains too that doesn't mean they have extra slack. Today Sabari arrival 16.43.
these days many trains arriving early at most of big stations.
It doesn't need to cover it in 55kmph avg but giving a slower slot for a train which has good clearance is not wise right.
