It's purely becoz of Eloco pilot shortage, nothing else. Hwh Els and Asn els already has enough loco for 10-15 more pass trains but adequate trained pilot for Eloco is not present as of now
Bhaiya.. I've a question if you don't mind...Why do you always click distant shots... Have never seen close up view of trains in your pics...
Almost none of the pilots are trained to handle electric locos, freight loco pilots are taking charge of locos in trains like Hool, Mayurakshi, Maa tara..
