1. Can anyone please help me understand what the "Tot Seats" option in PNR is all about? I have attached a pic highlighting the same
2. I also want to know one thing, why this option is visible only for few PNRs and why not all PNRs?

this is manually updated individually for each and every train, will be visible if updated for that specific train
But I am not albe to understand its impact on Waiting List. Does it anyway related to waiting list?
