Why is Garbha Express not given a decent run in NCR. Despite humongous slack being alloted in ALD-DDU for Raj Gang overtake?. Today HWH-GIMB Garbha it is 8+ hrs late. Till DDU was 3 hrs late. Then at ALD 6 hrs late😐. Fog na hone par bhi aise hi late rehti hai........Any works going on in NCR?
