Frankly speaking- Yes. Being a State Capital Ranchi does deserve certain priorities over other cities in the State. Population demographics do matter and you cannot have Small Towns getting essential connections while the State Capital and other big Cities are struggling to establish a basic connection to the place under discussion let alone a dedicated one. This is happening and this trend is bad because there's a certain level of bias needed on the basis of population and administration to ensure satisfaction at essential levels.
This not the case of Zonal Politics or SER being the bad boy. Even ER was a bad boy for Jasidih up until Dubey Ki came into picture. This is Politics at it's best.
