Can I get wheelchair at Bangalore city Station ? do I contact the station master ? Does Train No. 16322 arrive at Platform No. 1 at Bangalore City Station ?

There may be wrong updation regarding pf number i feel. PF 1 will be occupied by sangamithra normally and 16322 goes to PF 5.
Pf-1 wil be occupied by Sanghamithra which leaves at 9-this might most likely be put on 3 or 5
