Dear Moderator,
Kerala Ernakulam Southern Railway new enquiry no. should start. Last year 2008 old railway minister lalu prasad canceled 1331 enquiry no. 1331 enquiry no. started on 2007 september.

Subith is right. 139 is the only number for railway enquiries toll free throughout India and from all CDMA/GSM/Landline services.

There was proposal, for one more Railway Enquiry No:138. that will be a chargeable
one, so may be available always, even at busy time.
