A question about RLWL ticket and a tatkal tickets.
* I have two confirmed and two RLWL tickets (WL1 and WL2) of Lakshdweep Mangla from Chiplun (CHI) to Delhi (NDLS). What are the chances of getting the tkts confirmed?
* If I ask someone to book tatkal tickets for me from a railway counter, do I need to present the print ticket physically to TTE? Can showing PNR number and ID proofs is sufficient?

DOJ is May 10.
If not confirmed, what are my options? I personally can't book tickets, so have to ask someone else to do it.
