Does train no 12432 have tatkal quota? This train leaves from Nizamuddin and i want to book a ticket from Panvel. How to go about it. I always get a message that tickets are unavailable

Does it mean that we stand to have no chance of getting a Tatkal ticket on Rajdhani?
I think tatkal tickets are only available from origin/near-to-origin stations and not intermediate stations.
NZM to Panvel Section is NOT allowed under Tatkal scheme.
However tatkal can be availed for passengers travelling ERS and beyond.
