Good motive.Base kitchen in the Railway station s are good.This avoid Pantry car and enhanced passenger capacity.No fire 🔥.No unnecessarily pantry staffs disturbing movements in the running trains.
These base kitchen services have to be adopted in all the premium trains at opropriate stations.
Example.Secundrabad - Mumbai Shadapti Night meals shall be loaded at Solapur Base Kitchen and eliminated the Pantry car.
