A new coach type should be added i.e is ICF Utkrisht as many trains have now been upgraded in Utkrisht scheme.

I agree with you that this should be distinguished as a different category, though I have seen some arguments that it's not a technical change. While they are technically right, We have to keep in mind that to a common traveller and common railfans like us it is definitely a huge different experience. Also many travellers refer IRI for feedback on trains, for them it will be a useful information. Like if I see that in a route one train is having ordinary ICF and another train is having Utkrisht, I would definitely choose the second one.
