Is the loop line is for goods train or for keeping passenger train be shunted?
Freights. Why Pass needs to be shunted here as its just a halt, no originating or terminating trains.
In VASCO-BAY/GTL section still lot of stations need Loop lines irrespective of Doubling of whole section as still more frieghts are going to be run.
