Some times what happens is that the system by itself picks up the last known location of the device. For example, if I was at Dadar and Thane, and presently at Kalyan, the system picks up the location as Thane, even though I'm standing at Kalyan. Also, the location accuracy is not very good. If I'm standing at the same platform at different places, each time a new location is picked up, which is few kilometres away from where I'm standing. Please see if the location accuracy can be improved.

Also if u are at the end of the platform in some stations , it shows for example 0.2 km away from the so and so station

Yes, this is the case because the platforms themselves are upto a km long, and the entire station complex sometimes stretches upto 2kms - on top of this, the plotting itself may be about half a km here or there.

We are considering providing a slider whereby you can tweak the location + or - 1 km, depending on situation. Thanks.
