Yes. There is cab road in between 8 9 and 21 22 for cars.

Might have done then...Yup there were passage ways always available as goods-luggage platform links however in late 90s it was developed as a parking cum road connecting pathways which we see till date..
However. Cabs Are Only Allowed To Drop Passengers. They Ain't Allowed To Pick Up. Main Taxi Stand & Dedicated Areas For Uber & Ola Are Outside The Terminus
