Unlike other sites. all decisions are made by one person... so an impartial view of things can't be expected.....Only a group of people can run it efficiently and effectively.....

Awards system doesn't exist here. You need to motivate members. Blogging level improves too. Then the site grows.

This site has been selfishly used by many YouTubers to post their videos to generate traffic to their channels. They never participate in discussions or other activities and become part of the community....
