Excellent Capture. Coaches are looking excellent. I doubted a moment either it is ICF or LHB CC coach.
Wow.. this Utkrisht Coach in CC avtar impressed me far more than the AC Sleeper Utkrisht coaches of the Kalka Mail.

I guess passengers of the Vishwabharati Fast Passenger train would be able to have a very smooth journey from Howrah Jn to places like Bandel, Bardhaman, Bolpur Shantiniketan, Tarapith Road or Rampurhat :)

This is the 2nd utkrisht CC & is believed to be better than the 1st modified CC... according to AEE of LLHW,he had to hire worker from outside for some light decoration & electrical improvements....All due to GM visit (this coach rolled out within ±15 days of GM visit to workshop). Organisations try to display the best infront the GM... (can be related how KPA Workshop refurbished a HWH division EMU in new livery rule & perfectly painted (while POH) a HWH WAP4,even RHA carshed modified a 12 Car EMU with 5 Motor coaches,AC cabs,talkback system,CCTVs & some advanced features before GM visit)
