I've made a tatkal reservation of 13th May from Raipur to Kharagpur in this train. Though there are no reservations available in other trains, I'm surprised to see 25 seats available in this train.
Is there any issue like the trains gets late frequently or other due to which people are not opting for it ?
How come the tatkal reservations is open from yesterday in this train ?
