Just announcements ..I don't think funds will be released. ..if same govt come after election then they ll implement it else ..it 'll be same as of gulbarga div announcement announced at last days upa govt ..but did not come into existence till now ..
To keep up promise, only same govt can implement it, else new govt new rules, new zones, new promises, etc.
Sharing an old article wherein it was seen that in 3 years there were demand from more than 170 MP's ( Sachin Tendulkar,Nitin Gadkari, Shashi Tharoor to name a few) who wanted a zone/division in their respective states. True: 'Regional considerations cannot override operational requirements of railways'. But this issue has become an emotional thing for people of Andhra. If they say 'no', people won't even look at them in the campaign. So, announcements/promises will be done at least by all the political parties.
Yes....if i recollect correctly when the state bifurcation was happening, there was this demand for new zone in VSKP.....Lets wait and watch.
