Modi will be coming tomorrow to Vizag. So, announcement may be imminent.
I am skeptical about the announcement of effective date as of now...Will have to see what is in offer.

If they don't announce tomorrow, code comes into effect on March 3rd/4th. Then, they will not be able to make any important announcement. If they don't announce, they will face the same situation as Congress.
As the announcement is done from govt...Effective date gave to be decided by RB and send circular i guess...Here i song think govt involvement will be there ...?
