As per my understanding, New Rake consists all new coaches (From first coach to the last coach) As you also said that only SL coaches except S12 were new and AC and EOG were old.... then how can one say that the train has got new LHB rake when there are old EOG and AC coaches present in the rake....??? In your perspective, if a train has got few new coaches in it's rake then it is a new rake... right?
