Wow carrying WAP4 in switch off mode in Diesel area.
This thing happened previous month here in NWR due to some andolans.
WAP5/WAP7 were sent from SWM to ADI side via JP by few diverted trains.

This is regular for Sushasan Express due to shortage of space at GD and time constraints GD simply puts a dloco ahead of eloco at GD for remaining journey to BLP and in return simply removes dloco. This method saves time against normal LC procedure. Earlier it used to bring WAG-7 but now link upgraded to WAP-4
