I appreciate railway decision because it has seen that railway earn revenue from Express train and local passengers are moving without tickets. So its panic news for those people who want to enjoy without ticket journey.
Railway provide better facility so he has right to charge higher side of income.
But i also want to say Railway should give new express train rather than upgrading passernger to express train.
