Jst done my trip SC PKO and very interesting finds 90% poles are done in complete bza pko existing line only between GDV OTR poles are not placed OTR AKVD section can be easily opened for traffic in a month poles done on both lines and all stations. In this section even new pfs done at stations with interlocking
They should have first given basic facilities then ran via ryp
