I see MUV-NDLS got WAP5 but why no WAP5 for Shivganga...which more premium and VIP train of this route. Why Shivganga has given old & slow WAP4?? Can any IRI members answer that please!!!

As long as train is able to maintain its schedule without any significant delay, the loco type "DOES NOT MATTER" at all. P4 is more than sufficient to maintain 60 kmph average with just 2 halts.
