As per the Railways many cases of breaking OHE Cables are evolved these days.. so changing all diesel lines to Electric lines is the correct action taken by railways or Wrong???

Only the heritage lines like nilgiri railway etc shouldn't be electrified
Secondly nothing necessary to remove old OHE pole to a newer one
