Which is the most neglected zone of IR... Still underdeveloped after Independence.
Consider infrastructure like doubling, electrification, No. Of DLS/ELS. LHB trains, Speedy trains like Shatabdi etc.

* NFR is most under developed zone which is but natural due to very low population density (low pax traffic), lack of industries (low freight traffic) & hilly/tough terrain of the region.
* But NFR is definitely one of the most pampered zone as it gets very high investment (around 10% of total budget), in spite of it giving very low revenue and poor operating ratio
