Manish Chowdhury 43 blog postsI've had an eTicket for 12625 departing TVC at 11:15 am in 3A for 3 senior citizens. Due to some reasons, I've just cancelled their tickets at 5:15 am, ie 6 hours before departure. Found that the chart was already prepared. So I was asked at IRCTC site to enter a TDR by selecting a TDR reason, which I did selecting the reason "Reason For TDR: Party Could Not Cancel Because Chart Prepared At Originating Or Previous Remote Location". The total fare paid was 2748/- + 20/- service charges. How much refund should I expect and in how much time... can someone please advice on this.
since this is not normal it wl take more than 20 days (after verifying from rlys) irtc wl refund as per normal cancellation rules which r available in our faq icon
little lesser than 50% is what can be expected..offlate my TDR were processed in less than 10 days.. depends on ur luck for the refund...
