I have booked a ticket on TATKAL from ERS to TJ. W/L 9 for the 24th of May 2010. What are my chances?
If its not confirmed and I cancel what will be my loss. Or should I just cancel the same now. I booked thru Credit Card.

You wait till chart prepared, when once the chart prepared if your ticket is still in waiting list then you can cancel the ticket and you will be getting the full refund amount.

Just wait for charting
if it did not get confirmed
it will be cancelled automatically and the refund will be credited back to your account with in three working days.
