hi i'm very junior member and would like to know if any sr. citizen woman is having confirm ticket in 3A in tamilnadu express and given upper berth it is possible to get lower berth now I checked in available ticket but no lower berth is available
You will have to request the passenger in the lower berth to exchange seats. In most cases people oblige.
