lokshakti express running with some "FAKE UTKRISHT" coach, the reason i call it as fake utkrisht coach because they are only painted from outside and there is no internal vinyl wrappings no upgraded washrooms no new fittings in the washrooms

This is actually the new livery of ICF coaches in Indian Railways. So all will be painted one by one. So, it's not mandatory to be Utkrisht actually.
