TT are just not made keeping in view, only vacant time slots.
It is also made keeping in view, passenger convenience, specially at starting/ ending stations.
Prayagraj is not a metro city, and before 6-7 a.m., the only option to go somewhere from station is, by reserved auto, which also take more fare before 6 a.m.(Night charges)

Instead of terminating it at SFG. Pf should be changed from 1 to 6 to avoid the crossover
Yes somewhere you are right.
I had travelled a lot in this train and many times it reached at kanpur on time, but the problem actually starts from there only as after kanpur it reached subedarganj 4:30 mostly on time but then it took around 1.5 hrs for just 3-4 kms. After 2 or 3 years i think this train should start from subedarganj only

Then, there will be crossover problem during departure as generally at Ald, all terminating/originating trains are terminated and originated from same platform.
