they can give an halt at Dodjala which will help airport bound passengers bypassing city traffic
Not known yet. But One paper read that, there is plan to electrify stretch till Chikballapur.

Yes that whole line will be electrified till Bangarpet as per Current Electrification process all over happenming, but may take time.
