Can we carry Alcohol, upto 2 sealed bottles with us ??

There is no where said that CARRYING LIQUOR IS PROHIBITED.
That tells you can carry bottles.

that is the problem, They come up with inflammable clause and make it a prohibited item :(
I have no idea but i have seen people fined for carrying liquor 5-6 times
