I boarded 12218 Kerala Samprak kranti on 24 May 2019 from Kannur.The train was running late by morethan 1hr,arrived CAN by 5.35AM.
Choose to take a UR ticket, thought that there will be no much rush.Decided to enter in the front UR coach..was welcomed by the passengers from North ,who find there income here...!! Entered in the 1st Deen Dayalu UR coach and got an emergency right window seat...pretty happy with it, as a railfan.
But sadly the coaches were very dirty...the food wastes occupied the floors of the coach!!and had bad...

odours due to things used by the passengers.The toilet,wash basin etc ...everything was unfitted to use😑.The wash basin was waterlogged due to blockage by plastic wastes.Totally disappointed by the UR coach travel😔.The plug point for mobile charging was not working🤕. stopping here...as it's a long list..!!
