If I remember right, Frontier Mail was the earlier name of Golden Temple Mail. Frontier Mail used to travel on the Western Railway route (The Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway - BB&C) and Punjab Mail ran on the Central Railway route (The Great Indian Peninsula Railway -- GIPR)
