Yes we must believe PR by SER.
We can hope that another howrah-ranchi intercity via asansol may run by separate rake and TT. For that wait for new TT. But in a hurry i think SER did 1 mistake due to which all these misunderstandings are created between the newspapers is SER did not changed the Train number. When the route is changed from via asansol to via adra new train should be given to this train to avoid this confusion.
But with this step of SER to not change the train number...

I think what i am doubting is may be SER kept its both ranchi intercity intact with SER and may be if a new ranchi intercity via asansol is introduced then that may be by ER with new train number of ER.
