Thank for you information,
If i have a waiting sleeper ticket , will it be automatically cancelled? and i will get full refund equal to ticket amount.

allowed means can i board in train in sleeper coach, with sleeper waiting ticket.
You are not allowed to board a reserved compartments (Sleeper coaches included) with WL tickets (PRS/E-Ticket)
