Says ECoR officials are neglecting this trains CRS approval which is needed before introduction. Rake sitting in Jalandhar for 3 months now. They are not even interested in bringing the rake to VSKP.

Not sure when they plan to introduce. Article says CRS Kolkata approved for this train to travel from Jalandhar to VSKP. After arrival at VSKP, trial run will take place before introduction.
