U comparre it with bsb t18 how ever its route wa different and ur route too
Bsb t18 runs constant 400+ km non stop at 130 mps which is faster
Then again 200 km non stop

But from pragati maidan to sabzi mandi even T18 needs minimum 30 min to cross that section due to largest interlocking system along with PSRs
Then u said UMB-CDG
Ndls-umb eith 130 with lots of PSRs again CDG to LDH single line section with less mps hence another slowdown
Ldh-asr with juc-beas every 50km stop

It will take minimum 9 hours from asr to agc if given fill priority and run
