is der any financial benifit pof becoming an member or admini??

There is absolutely no financial reward or any other explicit reward from becoming a member or Admin, just like there is NO reward for opening a Facebook or Gmail account. Just like everything else on the internet, your activities should be guided by your own individual self-interest.
If this site, by itself, is not useful to you, then you should conserve your time and resources, and visit elsewhere.
