Yes. Arrivals of trains like Vindhyachal,Rajyarani ,Ju-Bpl,Pbh-Bpl,Amarkantak keeps Platform Busy also passing trains like Penchvalley, Bsp-Bgkt/Bkn also occupies platform and almost all of them has fixed platform. Bcz of this Intercity is not allowed to enter Bhopal since it also had to occupy platform for 1+ hour to return as BPL-DHD Passenger. Also in evening BPL has back to back departure and arrivals therefore getting slot and platform in that time interval is very tough.
But this problem can be fixed if Intercity again gets operated to/from HBJ. Then it'll require very small amount of halt time at BPL, but currently since it has 1+ hour of TAT both at morning and evening, TT of train can't be changed.
