1. The escalator is almost done being built at Platform 1 (New Delhi End) near the entrance of the Ticket Counters building. It should be finished soon.
2. They're also working on building some lifts at Platforms 1, 2, and 3. These lifts will connect to the Foot Over Bridge (Lucknow End) near the Waiting Room. It might take about 6-7 months to finish building the lifts, but the groundwork has started.
3. You can find Water ATVMs at Platform 1 and Platforms 2-3.
4. If you need a wheelchair, just talk to the Station Master.
5. Wi-Fi is available on all the platforms from PF 1 to 4.
