NDLS-HBJ Shatabdi was already doing great but NDLS-BSB section was lacking a Shatabdi type train. Hence, NDLS-BSB VB was launched. It was a pilot project. It is not an easy job to straight-away replace any train. Now, if you are an aspiring 'Congressi' and don't want to look at the practicalities and technicalities & want to discuss what NaMo is doing then it's your problem.
