Hi...At what time the charts are prepared for Train no.12626 Kerala express( starting from New Delhi). Departure time 11.30 AM.

As per IRCTC website it is 4 hours before departure of the train or previous night if the train departs before 12 noon. But I am confused here as some of you are saying that charts would be prepared after 9 AM. That would hardly give us 2 hours from the time of departure......

It is 11:30 pm now, but the chart is not prepared as yet. I think for trains leaving in the morning till 09:00 am, the charts get prepared the previous night. For this train it will get prepared the next morning by 09:30 am.
