I think Railway board need to kept independent of the politicians who consume sasta charas and make demands like extending Sealdah Duronto to Bikaner.

No such proposal exists. Also this has RSA with KCVL AC express with maint at YPR.. looks unlikely for an extn
Every MP has right to put their demand and its on Board whether they fullfil or not.
There is a proper system and chain to take these decisions and we are not authorized to take any action.
If anyone like you and me will start deciding what should Railway Authorities do than why those qualified have been given such a higher post?
