Wastage of Public fund by the name of Manjusa Painting. Every rail coach has a standard colour and after that wasting extra money ........not justified.

Railway can can some basic facility for passengers but wasting money on manjusha painting.... Useless
Vikramshila ko Bhagalpur ka Premium Train maana gaya hai, Pehchan maana gaya hai. Isiliye Manjusha Art se sajaya gaya hai. Humko to ye kisi bhi angle se "Waste of Money" nahi lag raha.
Ulta ye to humare folk art ka prachar bhi maana jaa sakta hai.
