suppose my train departs at 11pm,the chart is prepared at 8.30pm, i have a prs ticket and it ended up in waiting list. i bought an unreserved ticket and travelled in unreserved coach upto my destination. now can i cancel my waitlisted prs ticket at the destination? will it be considered unused? how to assure the prs clerk that the ticket has not been used?

Railway follows a set procedure.
Just because some one showing a GN ticket Railway can not refund instantly /blog/post/440091/20 . Leave destination it can not be cancelled at other locations (say 50km)except Originating and City limit PRS.
