I booked a ticket today in 15692 Cachar exp.
the status was WL2/WL2.

in the evening I checked reservation status again, it showd WL9/WL8.
it means at least 1 ticket was cancelled. So,...

yes,i can tell you the reason...one amonst waiting list 3-9 has cancelled the ticket...for ur tkt to decrease,confirm pax or wl1 has to cancel the tkt...
librarianji aapka fixed w/l 2 hai,uske aur 7 logo ne booking ki hai so un satho mese kisine beech mehi cancel karwa diya so without change in ur w/l aapke bad walon ke w/l 1 number se kam ho gayi i hope u understood
