3: The Reversible Track between New Alipur (NACC) and Lake Gardens (LKF) is functional now along with PF 2 of Tollygunge (TLG). Since the signalling is not yet functional, so all trains were passing at SPAD and thus there was an average delay of 45 minutes in UP Direction and little less in DN Direction.
